Maintenance Coordinator needed in Dunstable Paying £15.57 per hr ref OR105854
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose repair requests raised by residents and internal/external stakeholders through a variety of communication channels.
- Schedule and allocate repair works efficiently to trade operatives, maximising productivity and service delivery.
- Manage repair cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring compliance with Council policies and procedures.
- Monitor open repair orders, undertake regular housekeeping activities, and close completed jobs promptly.
- Identify and resolve duplicate or unnecessary work orders.
- Keep residents informed throughout the repair process, providing timely updates and delivering excellent customer service.
- Liaise with contractors, operatives, and colleagues to ensure repairs are completed effectively and within agreed timescales
