SETTING: Panama Shift (06:00–18:00 – 14:30–02:30) – Site working

Job Specification: Maintenance Engineer- Lutterworth
- You will be responsible for effective fault finding, diagnosis, analysis and swift corrective measures for all equipment on site.
- Maintaining all Health & Safety and Quality and Regulatory Compliances processes and controls are maintained.
- Updating and maintaining the maintenance system (CMMS).
- Supporting of all semi-skilled operators and apprentices through training and mentoring while also being the main point of contact for all contractors on site (direct and 3 party).
Requirements: Maintenance Engineer
As an experienced engineer, you’ll need to have the following skills and experience: –
- Qualified in Electrical engineering (BTEC Level 3 +)
- Proven experience within a facilities or maintenance engineering role with automated distribution, food or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with conveyors, sorters and box cutters etc.
- Experience working with maintenance engineering software.
