Maintenance Fitter (Manufacturing)
£45,000 – £50,000 (£57k OTE) + Nights + 38 Hour Weeks + Company Bonus + Healthcare + Benefit Package + Overtime
Are you a Maintenance Fitter with experience working within manufacturing or a similar regulated, clean automated environment who is looking for a new role for brilliant company who offer great benefits and optional overtime?
On offer is the chance to join a well-known food manufacturer, established around 60 years ago. The business has become a huge part of local history with generational roots in Staffordshire. Now undergoing investments and gaining new business from global giants, this business is on a steady path for success.
Your day to day will be a mixture of reactive maintenance and PPM on broad range of machinery throughout the factory. Before production starts you will complete dry runs and then maintenance and improvements where necessary and reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. You will be using your expertise to play a leading part in troubleshooting, fault finding and providing BRC documentation when necessary.
This role would suit a Maintenance Fitter looking to develop their career by taking up a pivotal role within a well-established and expanding manufacturer.

- Training provided on specialised machinery
- Night-based, 38 hour week
