This manufacturer are a household name with multi-million pound purpose built sites throughout the UK. This role is due to huge investment and growth within the respective site.
This is Monday – Friday days based role with flexible hours. You will oversee a team of Engineers ensuring PPM are planned, scheduled and optimised efficiently. Autonomy will be given to implement processes.
This role would suit a Maintenance or Engineering Manager looking to take a pivotal role in a manufacturing plant with competitive benefits, clear progression and a good job retention.
The Role:
- Maintenance / Engineering Management.
- Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes.
- 50% Office / 50% Plant.
- Monday – Friday days role (flexi-hours).
The Person:
- Maintenance and Supervisory experience.
- Mechanical and or Electrical background.
- Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background.
