  • Salary: £95-£100 per day
  • Job Type: Full-time, part time, school hours

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a supportive and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with students who need additional support, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support pupils with SEN both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to succeed.
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
  • Work alongside teachers to implement engaging and effective learning strategies tailored to individual needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as the role may require travel, is desirable but not essential.
  • A caring, resilient, and positive attitude, with a commitment to the well-being and development of children.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and requirements in the educational sector.
