Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support informed decision-making.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting and finance processes.
- Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors.
- Support strategic planning by providing detailed financial analysis and insights.
- Ensure timely submission of tax and VAT returns in accordance with applicable laws.
Profile
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in management accounting within the property or related industries.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 GBP per annum.
