Management Accountant – £55,000 – £60,000 + Bens

Canary Wharf (5 days onsite)
A rapidly scaling organisation that has delivered sustained, significant growth over a number of years and continues to outperform its market is looking to secure a Management Accountant on a temporary to permanent basis.
They operate in a fast-moving, data-led environment where finance plays a key role in driving performance and decision-making. They’re using data, technology, and sharp execution to outperform the competition, and they need someone who can help drive that momentum from a finance perspective.
- Producing monthly management accounts with insightful commentary
- Delivering variance analysis across key revenue streams and cost centres
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Acting as a key contact for the external audit process
- Managing cashflow forecasting and working capital
- Ensuring compliance across VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements
- Partnering with operational teams to review performance and drive improvements
- Taking ownership of accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and payroll journals
- Supporting the development of best practice within a growing finance team
About You
- Ideally, ACA/CIMA or ACCA Qualified
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant (or similar) role
- Strong Excel skills (Power Query / BI a bonus)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
- Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator who can engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Available on short notice
