An established business is looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team in a broad and varied role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to play an active part in supporting the day-to-day running of a finance function.
Opportunity
This role offers exposure across multiple areas of finance, combining core management accounting with involvement in operational and process improvement activities. It would suit someone who is comfortable working in a flexible, evolving environment and enjoys adding value beyond the numbers.
You will report to an experienced Finance Director who is a proven leader.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
- Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity
- Working closely with wider teams to provide financial insight
- Work closely with the auditors at tear-end.

About You
- Experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong core accounting and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, adaptable environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-finance colleagues
