Management Accountant
Hybrid Working | Cheltenham | £45,000 – £60,000 DOE

The Role
We're seeking a talented Management Accountant to join the Group Finance team. This is a broad and hands-on role at the heart of the business, covering month-end reporting, statutory compliance, and group consolidation across multiple entities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering timely and accurate month-end close for the group and its subsidiaries
- Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
- Performing detailed variance analysis with clear commentary and insight
- Completing Balance Sheet reconciliations to audit-ready standard
- Supporting the preparation of monthly Group consolidated accounts
- Assisting with intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and group adjustments
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns across the Group
- Supporting finance integration activity relating to M&A and hive-up processes
- Building strong relationships across operational, commercial, and technology teams
About You
- Newly qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- 2–5 years' experience in a relevant finance role
- Solid experience in month-end reporting, tax returns, and audit support
- Background in a high-growth, technology-focused, or multi-entity environment
- Exposure to group consolidations, mergers, or hive-up processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage
- Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive mindset
- A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
