This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a market-leading business in South Manchester. The role involves managing end-to-end financial processes and providing accurate reporting to support business decisions.

Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Reconciliation and consolidation of all balance sheets.
- Supporting the Finance Director with the budgeting and reforecasting cycles and providing analysis.
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
- Mentoring and managing 1 junior member of staff.
Profile
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience in management accounts and reporting.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and providing analysis.
- Proactive, detail oriented and hands on
- Property sector experience is advantageous
