Management Accountant, Investment Management firm, London, up to £70,000
A growing Investment Management firm are looking looking for a management accountant to join a dynamic, growing finance team.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, insightful financial information and ensuring smooth financial operations across the group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounting reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing bank reconciliations, staff expenses, travel and credit card journals
- Working closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery
- Preparing payroll journals, staff cost schedules, pension and share plan contribution schedules
- Reconciling payroll deductions and maintaining payroll-related balance sheet ledgers
- Reviewing management accounts expense schedules
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Supporting statutory audits and contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Providing proactive support across the wider Finance team
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Experience as a management or financial accountant
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence prioritising tasks and taking ownership
- A problem-solving, inquisitive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive efficiency and operational improvements
- Flexibility to support colleagues across the finance function
- Intermediate Excel skills
