Description
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
- Provide analysis of financial performance to stakeholders within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis within a professional setting.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
