The Management Accountant will oversee financial reporting and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role requires strong accounting skills to support decision-making and ensure financial compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Prepare accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvement.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Profile
- We're looking for someone who is either fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or in the final stages of qualification, with previous experience within a management accounting or financial accounting environment.
- You'll also have:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working to tight month-end deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
