Description
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analyse variances and provide commentary to support business performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Contribute to internal and external audit processes as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Qualified by Experience or Finalist level ACCA/CIMA
- Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum.
