Mandarin speaking Officer of Operation – What You'll be Doing:
Loan Credit Review
·Conducting loan reviews on the borrower’s case regularly.
·Filing and Collecting the borrower’s financial and business information such as annual report, financial covenant, rating reports…etc.
·Update company credit rating & Special attention to major Goodwill or Assets impairment if it occurs;
·Updating the financial information including the change of ratio and any business news affect the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the Company;
Back Office
·Loan Drawdown, Repayment, interest repricing and interest payment
·Processing the amortization for premium/discount loan.
·Executing Money Market transactions.
·Preparing daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
·Receiving Incoming and Outgoing Swift Message of Previous Day and Sign Incoming
Mandarin speaking Officer of Operation – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
·Good written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin;
·IT skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
·An ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills are essential;
·Willing to learn and open mind for job rotation within the department.
