Description
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyse and refine workflows to reduce waste and optimise resource usage.
- Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to minimise downtime.
- Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- 5+Years experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Offer
- £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
- 6% pension contribution to support your long-term financial planning.
