As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:
- Enhance manufacturing processes and streamline production workflows to optimise efficiency.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, and process-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturability and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement activities by applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
The Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the shop floor.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
