I’m currently working with a high-tech manufacturing business looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction within a fast-paced microelectronics environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to production and solving complex manufacturing challenges.
Core duties include:
- Leading NPI activities from development through to production release
- Developing manufacturing processes and selecting materials for advanced products
- Working cross-functionally with design, quality, and production teams
- Supporting qualification, validation, and process documentation
- Driving continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and reliability
About you:
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or process development
- Background in microelectronics, semiconductor, aerospace, or similar
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
