Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Team are delighted to be working with a well-established forge manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit Manufacturing Operatives on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a key role in the production process, working safely and efficiently to produce high-quality forged components.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating manufacturing and forging machinery
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products
- Using hand and power tools where required
- Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Supporting colleagues and assisting with other production duties as required
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production or heavy industrial environment
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts
- FLT or overhead crane experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Shift Pattern
Week 1 – Early Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
Week 2 – Night Shift
- Sunday: 10:15pm – 6:15am
- Monday to Thursday: 10:15pm – 6:15am
Week 3 – Late Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- Friday: 12:45pm – 6:45pm
