Your new role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory & manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine QC testing on finished products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards
  • Supporting cleanroom operations (Grade C/D), following aseptic techniques and GMP requirements
  • Completing and reviewing GMP documentation: batch records and ensuring right-first-time accuracy.
  • Maintaining laboratory & manufacturing equipment
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in line with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience in formulation or manufacturing processes is highly desirable, particularly within a laboratory or production setting.
  • Exposure to cleanroom environments and an understanding of aseptic techniques and GMP standards
  • Experience carrying out QC testing and/or environmental monitoring would be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of GMP documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and quality systems, with a focus on right-first-time accuracy
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, process-driven environment, working to production timelines and strict quality standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across lab and manufacturing functions
  • A degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (or equivalent experience)
