Marketing Analyst
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Swindon (3 days per week in office)
We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Analyst to join a growing digital and customer team. This role is focused on driving marketing performance through data-led insights, experimentation, audience analysis, and customer segmentation across both eCommerce and retail channels.
You'll work closely with marketing and CRM teams to optimise acquisition, retention, and customer engagement strategies, helping shape smarter decision-making across paid media and lifecycle marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse marketing campaign performance across paid search, paid social, CRM, and other channels

Design and evaluate A/B and incrementality tests to improve campaign effectiveness

Build customer audiences and segmentation strategies to drive engagement and retention

Identify trends and opportunities within customer and transactional data

Support attribution and measurement approaches to improve marketing investment decisions

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies
About You

Strong SQL skills and experience using Python or R for analysis

Experience working with marketing, customer, or eCommerce datasets

Understanding of experimentation, statistical testing, and marketing measurement

Commercially minded with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Desirable Experience

Retail or eCommerce experience

Exposure to platforms such as GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks
-
Understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and lifetime value metrics
