Marketing Assistant Coordinator

Up to £32,000 (DOE)
Full-time – 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
Mpeople Recruitment are working with a growing business in Chadderton to recruit a Marketing Assistant Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone with early marketing experience looking to broaden their skills across digital and general marketing.
You’ll support a range of campaigns and projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Key Duties:
- Assist with website updates and digital content
- Support email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Contribute to social media content and track performance
- Work with sales teams on lead generation activity
- Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with agencies/suppliers
- Provide general admin support across the marketing function
Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Exposure to both digital and general marketing activities
- Familiar with CRM/marketing tools (HubSpot desirable)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Desirable: sector experience (manufacturing/engineering), relevant degree, or exposure to international teams
