About the role
Our client are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the company's growth, brand development and community engagement activities. This is a varied and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, support successful tender submissions, build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and maintaining the content calendar.
- Assist with website updates, blog writing, PR opportunities and internal communications.
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, CVs and branded collateral.
Bids & Business Development
- Monitor tender portals and identify suitable project opportunities.
- Coordinate and produce high-quality PQQs and tender submissions.
- Maintain and develop the company's bid library and framework opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to gather information and ensure timely submission of bids.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, bids, communications or a similar role is essential.
- Experience of working within the construction sector is essential
- Experience using Adobe InDesign (desired).
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365 (essential).
- Full UK Driving license (desired).
Salary wise is circa £34,000 plus an excellent benefits package and the opportunity for progression.
