Marketing Executive

CTR Select is recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Windsor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional to join a busy team, supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media activity, events, PR and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Create and proofread marketing materials, website content and advertising copy.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers and digital partners to deliver marketing projects.
- Support events, launches, photoshoots and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports.
- Write press releases and assist with PR activity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment, engagement and promotional campaigns.
About You
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
