Marketing Manager
Location: Coventry (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
The Opportunity
We’re working with a fast-growing, commercially driven business looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of high-impact B2B campaigns.

The Role
You’ll lead the marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B events, driving audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, content, partnerships)
- Owning campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting
- Managing timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery end-to-end
- Collaborating with sales, content, and event teams to maximise commercial success
- Leading on audience growth and database engagement initiatives
- Analysing performance data to drive insights and continuous improvement
- Managing agencies, suppliers, or junior team members where required
About You
You’ll be a confident, commercially aware marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven B2B marketing experience (events experience is a strong advantage)
- Is confident running integrated marketing campaigns independently
- Is data-driven and comfortable using insights to optimise performance
- Has strong copywriting and communication skills
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
