Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's marketing, communications and PR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Content for websites, press releases, articles, blogs, newsletters, social media and marketing materials.
- Draft, edit and proofread content to ensure consistency of tone, style and brand messaging.
- Support content publication across digital channels, including sourcing and formatting imagery.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with external PR agencies, publishers and media contacts.
- Support internal communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Awards, Proposals & Business Development Support
- Manage award submissions and industry recognition programmes, including maintaining submission schedules and deadlines.
- Draft compelling content for awards and accreditation submissions.
- Gather case studies, testimonials and supporting information from stakeholders across the organisation.
- Assist with tender and proposal submissions where required.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Support SEO strategy and content optimisation to improve website performance and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across digital content.
- Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist with social media management, digital campaigns and email marketing activity.
Website Management
- Update and maintain website content using a CMS platform.
- Ensure team profiles, service pages and news content remain accurate and up to date.
- Support website development projects and user experience improvements.
Marketing & Events
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events, seminars and networking activities.
- Support wider marketing and business development projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Set objectives, manage workloads and support the team in delivering high-quality marketing activity.
