The Business: Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth ecommerce business who are looking to bring in a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of key brand accounts and drive performance across multiple online channels.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone stepping up from Account Manager level, who’s ready to take on more commercial ownership, strategic input, and team responsibility.

The Role: Responsibilities;
Driving sales and margin across multiple marketplaces through pricing, promotions and range optimisation Planning and executing trading calendars aligned to key events and opportunities Overseeing product listings, launches and content optimisation Delivering data-led insights and leading regular performance reviews with partners Managing marketplace campaigns across Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop and more Leading and developing 1 direct report, ensuring strong delivery across admin and operations The Person: Proven experience managing multiple marketplace accounts, including Amazon Exposure to TikTok Shop or a strong interest in emerging channels Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and growth Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Confident working with data to drive decisions Background in a fast-paced ecommerce or marketplace environment
