Are you a highly skilled Vehicle Technician or Master Technician looking for your next challenge? My client, a well-established main dealership in Tunbridge Wells, is expanding their team and seeking a dedicated Master Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop.
About the Role:
As a Master Technician, you will:
- Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and major engine repairs.
- Use the latest diagnostic equipment to detect faults and recommend solutions.
- Support the Workshop Controller by overseeing and delegating work.
- Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards in all repairs and servicing.
- Attend ongoing training and development to stay ahead in the industry.
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Experience working in a main dealership is desirable but not essential.
