During your first six months, you'll focus on developing your client portfolio through proactive outreach to both new and existing customers. You'll be given the autonomy to build your desk without being constrained by an overly rigid KPI structure, allowing you to concentrate on creating meaningful business relationships and delivering results.
Experience within media sales is essential, and a good understanding of print media would be highly advantageous, enabling you to make an immediate impact.

We're looking for a proactive and personable sales professional who enjoys engaging with clients both over the phone and face-to-face, building strong and lasting relationships.
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Excellent earning potential, with most team members achieving around £12,000 in additional commission
