This role involves promoting and selling a range of innovative nutrition products to hospitals, clinics, professional bodies, and general practices, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, ensuring that the benefits of these cutting-edge products are clearly communicated and understood.
Key responsibilities include:
– Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
– Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
– Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clinical decision-makers.
– Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
– Providing exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess:
– Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, specifically to clinical decision-makers.
– Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
– A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
