Medical Sales Representative
Territory: South of England (SE / London Focus)
Salary: £35,000–£52,000 + Car Allowance + Expenses
Portfolio: Surgical
A growing surgical technology provider is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales and support theatre teams across the South of England. The portfolio includes cryo-analgesia, laser systems and core surgical products used in both NHS and private hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support theatre teams with product use, training and procedure support
- Attend theatre lists professionally with correct equipment
- Manage contracts, agreements and tenders
- Build strong relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
- Deliver training to consultant teams across the laser and cryo range
- Forecast sales and manage product stock levels
- Support product evaluations and promote the full surgical portfolio at events
What You’ll Need
- Experience in medical device sales or theatre-based clinical support
- Exposure to pain management or cryo-analgesia is a bonus
- Confident in theatre environments with strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially focused
What’s on Offer
- £35–52k salary depending on experience
- Monthly car allowance + £0.45 per mile
- All approved business expenses reimbursed
