We are partnering with a fast-growing premium fashion brand that is continuing to expand across retail, wholesale and eCommerce channels.
As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Merchandising & Allocation Specialist to support product planning, stock management and trading performance across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their merchandising career within a dynamic, international fashion business.
You'll work closely with Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, VM and Marketing teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, driving sales and maximising profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Planning

Support the development of seasonal sales, stock and inventory plans

Assist with forecasting and Open-to-Buy (OTB) management

Analyse product performance and provide insights to support future planning

Support assortment planning across different channels and regions
-
Maintain store profiling and sample management processes
Allocation & Trading

Manage allocation and replenishment activities across stores and channels
-
Monitor stock levels and product performance, identifying risks and opportunities

Support initiatives to improve sell-through and maximise commercial performance
-
Participate in regular trading reviews and performance analysis
-
Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth product availability
Reporting & Analysis

Produce weekly and seasonal trading reports

Analyse KPIs including sales, stock levels and sell-through performance

Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
-
Maintain accuracy across merchandising systems and reporting tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, VM and Logistics teams

Support alignment between product strategy, stock management and commercial objectives
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of merchandising processes and ways of working
About You
-
3-5 years' experience within Merchandising, Allocation, Planning or Buying
-
Previous fashion industry experience is essential

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools

Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams

Thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment
