Metal Polisher – £12.72 – £15.58 per hour
Location: Havant (near Portsmouth)
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Temporary Role
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Metal Polisher to join our client's busy team in Havant. a great opportunity for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay. No prior metal polishing experience? No problem! If you've worked in a metal environment, such as welding, fabrication, sanding, grinding etc and are comfortable with hand tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern – £15.58ph
- 2-Week Rotating Shifts
- Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Core Hours – £12.72ph
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.15pm
- Friday 8.00am – 3.00pm
What You'll Do
- Polish stainless-steel components to a professional finish
- Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
- Follow safety protocols and operating procedures
- Keep your workspace clean and organised
- Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Positive, can-do attitude
