The Hathershaw College is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join their ambitious and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to inspiring a love of languages and raising achievement for all students.
About the Role
You will:

Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge learners of all abilities.

Contribute to curriculum development within the MFL department.

Play an active role in enrichment activities, trips, and wider college life.
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their practice within a strong and collaborative department.
About You
The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS (or be working towards it).

Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for French language and culture.

Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress.

Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
