MFL Teacher – Rugby

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Rugby area from September.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students to develop their language skills and foster a love of learning within a supportive school environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported appropriately.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom behaviour.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have previous UK secondary school teaching experience.
- Be confident teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary level.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be reliable, professional, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for students.
