Academics are currently searching for a passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher for one of our highly regarded secondary schools in North Leeds for a September 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to take the next step in their career. In the school's most recent Ofsted report they were given an overall grade of "good" and have been given praise for setting clear expectations for the behaviour of students and enhancing their personal development.
Your role as an MFL Teacher:
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge to students across KS3 and KS4
- Track students' progression, provide feedback and help them succeed!
- Engaging with other members of the curriculum by sharing ideas.
- Display strong behaviour management and refer to the schools behaviour policy if required.
Requirements for the MFL Teacher role:
- Previous experience teaching languages across KS3 and KS4
- Time management and organisation skills
- A degree relevant to Modern Foreign Languages
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Right to work in the UK
