MIG Welder / Fabricator – £14–£16ph – Brierley Hill – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG welders and fabricator welders to join a busy workshop based in Brierley Hill, West Midlands.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with consistent workload, weekly pay through the agency and long-term progression available.
Pay Rates
- MIG Welder: £14.00 per hour
- Fabricator Welder (MIG): £16.00 per hour
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Full-time, ongoing work
Key Duties
- MIG welding structural steel components
- Fabrication and assembly from engineering drawings
- Tack welding, finishing, and fabrication work
- Working to production targets and quality standards
- General workshop duties as required
Requirements
- MIG welding experience (essential)
- Fabrication experience (for higher rate roles)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience in structural steel or heavy fabrication preferred
- Reliable and consistent work history
