Job Title: Military Claims Paralegal
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

A leading law firm with a strong track record in employer liability and industrial disease litigation is seeking a Paralegal to support a fee earner handling a caseload of litigated Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of NIHL litigation files.
- Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
- Prepare legal documents, maintain case files, and manage correspondence.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather essential information.
- Draft routine legal documents and assist with court and settlement prep.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.
