MLOps Platform Manager

Data, analytics and machine learning teams work closely together, supported by a central platform function focused on operational excellence.
The Role and Deliverables
- Own the day to day operation of Palantir platforms and associated MLOps services, ensuring availability, performance and a strong user experience.
- Establish and run service management processes including incident, problem and change management, supported by clear documentation and runbooks.
- Define and embed standard MLOps patterns covering model development, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle governance.
- Lead platform releases and upgrades, including planning, testing, communication and rollback where required.
- Implement and maintain security, risk and compliance controls for data and machine learning workloads.
- Manage the platform roadmap, cost optimisation activities and key supplier relationships.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience operating Palantir platforms in production, or comparable enterprise data platforms, with ownership of platform operations.
- Proven capability delivering MLOps practices end to end, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring and model governance.
- Experience working closely with security, risk and governance teams to evidence controls and support audits.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to balance delivery speed, cost and risk across technical and non technical teams.
- A service owner mindset with a focus on stability, continuous improvement and enabling delivery teams.
