What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Cleaning of communal spaces
- Effectively manage your time, arriving to site on time and spending the allocated time at each location in line with the cleaning schedule
- Report any maintenance issues, defects or problems on site to FM Operations Manager
- Carry out all cleaning tasks at each location to a high standard and within the allocated time
- Ensure you are aware of the specific cleaning specification for each site, referring to your Team Leader if unsure
- Work in accordance with all health and safety guidelines, avoiding the risk of slips, trips or falls and use all appropriate signage
- Ensure you always possess and use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Report immediately to your Team Leader in the event of an emergency or issue preventing you from fulfilling your duties on site or having to leave site early
- Sign the contractors log at each site visit, as and when required
