We are recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established vehicle maintenance and repair company. This is a mobile, customer-site role covering Kent, where you work independently on the road carrying out repairs, maintenance, and scheduled servicing.

- Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per annum
- OTE up to £49,000, with performance bonuses
- Paid door-to-door to maximise your earning time
- Company van provided for business use only
- Monday to Friday rota-based working pattern
- 47.5 hours per week
Duties:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance at customer locations across Kent
- Respond to job instructions on arrival, ranging from routine replacements (including windscreen wipers) to scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs
- Manage a flexible daily schedule to accommodate multiple client sites
- Ensure high standards of workmanship in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, or in a similar mobile/field-based technical role
- Strong technical capability with hands-on motor trade diagnostic and repair experience
- Mobile Vehicle Technician experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
