Experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential?
We're recruiting for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a market-leading estate agency in East London. The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to customers' needs
- Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise referral opportunities
- Convert booked appointments into successful written business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
- Follow up on existing leads and missed opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Mortgage Advisor Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Estate agency experience is desirable
- Proven track record of achieving mortgage sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of £25,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £50,000 – £100,000
- Uncapped commission structure (15%–50% of banked income)
- Additional commission from estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyor referrals
