• Advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions and managing cases from enquiry through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring trainee advisers, allowing them to observe meetings and develop their skills
• Generating your own business, whilst also benefiting from company provided leads and joint marketing activities
• Collaborating with other advisers through events and shared business opportunities

Mortgage Advisor Requirements
• CAS status as a Mortgage Advisor is essential
• Proven experience writing mortgage business independently
• Ability to generate own leads alongside company support
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior advisers is desirable
• Level 3 CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification required

Location
