An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading and award-winning financial services business as a Mortgage Advisor based in Kent.
If you're a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential while benefiting from warm leads, full administrative support, and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
- Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
- Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
- Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
About You
- CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Professional, well presented and commercially aware
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
