Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate mortgage servicing records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and account updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear and professional assistance.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and legal requirements within the mortgage servicing process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence and reporting.
  • Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Mortgage Servicing Officer should have:

3 days a week – for 3 months

  • A strong understanding of administrative and business support functions.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly mortgage operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
