Description
- Manage and maintain accurate mortgage servicing records and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and account updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear and professional assistance.
- Support compliance with regulatory and legal requirements within the mortgage servicing process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence and reporting.
- Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Profile
A successful Mortgage Servicing Officer should have:
3 days a week – for 3 months
