The college is a well-regarded institution focused on technical and vocational excellence, and they are now expanding their Motor Vehicle department to meet rising demand.
In this role, you'll work with students at various levels, delivering a mix of theory and hands-on learning. You'll be supported by an experienced team, with opportunities to shape the curriculum and grow within the department.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and have professional industry experience. A teaching qualification is not required upfront – full training will be provided for the right person.

The Role
*Deliver practical and classroom-based sessions in motor vehicle maintenance *Track and assess student progress using digital platforms *Work closely with curriculum teams to support programme development *Monday to Friday – daytime hours only
The Person
*Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle (Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair) *Recent industry experience in a garage or workshop setting *Eager to transition into teaching (no prior teaching experience required) *Based within a commutable distance of Cambridge
