RELOcruitment
We're recruiting a Move Manager for one of Britain's most recognised and long-established removals and storage brands — a business with over 350 years of heritage and a genuine passion for customer excellence.
The Role
This is a customer-facing role at the heart of the business — guiding customers through one of life's most significant events, from first enquiry right through to the completion of their move. You'll be their trusted point of contact throughout, managing everything professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.
Day-to-day you'll be handling enquiries by phone, email, and live chat, taking ownership of each move end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams, identifying upsell opportunities, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records — all while working towards individual and team targets.
What They're Looking For
A positive, people-first communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers and can stay organised and calm across multiple priorities. Previous experience in logistics, or removals is advantageous — but full training is provided, so it really is about the right attitude and approach.
You'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset
- Good organisational ability and confidence managing competing priorities
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
The Package
- £28,000 – £32,000 DOE
- Monthly performance bonus
- Full training and ongoing development
- Real career progression within a market-leading business
