Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £45,000 Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights (6- 6 Monday to Wednesday / 6 – 3 Thursday)
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the GL56 area. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to join a fast-paced production environment with a strong engineering team and excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across site machinery and equipment * Responding to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance issues * Fault finding on production and manufacturing machinery * Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects * Working to minimise downtime and improve plant efficiency * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
The Ideal Candidate: * Electrically qualified engineer * Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
