Prospero Teaching
Prospero Teaching is looking for skilled and compassionate Tutors to provide up to 10-15 hours of 1:1 support per week to young people aged 11-19 in Buckinghamshire who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or at risk of disengagement.
Learners often face significant barriers to education, including SEMH needs, low confidence, poor attendance, challenging behaviour, and complex personal circumstances. The role focuses on re-engagement, helping young people rebuild routines, confidence, and motivation, while supporting progression into education, training, or employment.
Sessions are highly personalised and may include functional skills, core subjects, life skills, or engagement-based learning, tailored to each young person's needs and goals.
Tuition takes place in homes (with a responsible adult present), libraries, or community venues, with full resources, guidance, and progress monitoring provided by our Learning Delivery Team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a pivotal stage in a young person's life.
