Location: Remote (UK-based) | Occasional travel

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + commission

Having recently secured our first round of investment, we are now scaling our commercial team and expanding our platform across the UK. We combine AI-driven recruitment technology, training and ongoing support to help businesses hire smarter and more consistently. The role

This is a true new business sales role where you will be responsible for generating and closing your own opportunities. You will build your pipeline from scratch, run demos and win new clients, selling a product with clear value in a growing market.

Key responsibilities

Proactively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn and video

Generate and qualify your own pipeline

Book, run and close product demos

Build relationships with senior decision-makers

Manage your pipeline and activity through the CRM

Work towards clear KPIs including activity, meetings and revenue

Onboard new clients and identify upsell opportunities

About you

2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (Recruitment tech, SaaS or subscription preferred)

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets

Highly organised and able to manage your own workload

Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems

Driven, resilient and eager to succeed

Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
